NCC/Scout & Guides

PM Shri Kendriya Vidyalaya COD Jabalpur has a NCC Unit 4 M.P. CTR Working. There are 50 cadets and one CTO out of 50 cadets in the current session, 30 are JDs and 20 are JW cadets.During the year 2023-24 under the guidance and cooperation of Principal Shri Y K Solanki and CTO Shri Alok Kumar Singh, the NCC department participated in the following activities.

1. Tree plantation
2. Cleanliness campaign
3. Drug eradication program
4. National Unity Day, “Beti Bachao Beti Padhao” program
5. Constitution Day
6. NCC Foundation Day
7. Yoga Day
8. Cyber security program
9. “Water is life” program etc.

In C.A.T.C. there are 27 cadets out of which 14 cadets participated in the camp. During this camp, Cadet Manisha and Cadet Koustubh Singh were awarded the Best Cadets award. Cadets of PM Shri Kendriya Vidyalaya Code secured first position in tug of war, volleyball and Cultural programme. Last year, 27 cadets appeared for NCC A certificate exam, out of which 40% got A grade, 50% got B grade and the rest got C grade.
